Who runs Clausa.

Draft for the solicitor's reading before launch. Passages marked below are not final.

Clausa is software for solicitors' practices. Clausa is not a law firm, does not act for anyone, does not give advice to the public and is not regulated by the Law Society of Ireland or the Legal Services Regulatory Authority. The solicitor who signs off is responsible for the work.

Clausa cites Irish legislation and official guidance with the version date. Rules change; the date on each source is the date it was checked.

To be confirmed by the solicitor (with Diego): Company name, registered office, CRO number, VAT number and directors, after incorporation.

To be confirmed by the solicitor: Contact address for customers and for data protection requests.

Clausa quotes Irish legislation from the Irish Statute Book and the Revised Acts, and EU law from EUR-Lex. Every clause and answer links to the passage it relies on.
