What is a solicitor seat?
A member with the solicitor role, a current roll number and two-factor authentication. Only solicitor seats can record instructions, decide marked points and sign off.
What is a support seat?
A trainee, legal executive or secretary. Opens matters, uploads, runs extraction, prepares drafts and asks for sign-off. Never signs off.
Can we change seats?
Yes. The owner of your firm's account adds or removes seats in Billing.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices are plus VAT at 23%, shown at checkout.
Is there a minimum?
One solicitor seat. No minimum number of seats beyond it, and no minimum term beyond the period you chose, monthly or yearly.
Is anything in the price linked to clients or referrals?
No. Your practice pays for the software. Clausa takes no fee, commission or referral from any client or matter.
